Vitamix's are a $$$ item, but they are so worth it. These refurbished ones are just as good as a brand new one. I've had a couple clients purchase these and they are a total game changer in the kitchen. In my opinion, you don't anything fancier than the classic Vitamix. You can make smoothies, soups, sauces, salsa, ice cream and beyond!
The third most used appliance in the kitchen! I have had my food processor for 10+ years, and it's still going strong. I make everything from veggie meatballs, to hummus, power balls to pesto, nut butters to shredded veggies in this thing!
I use my pressure cooker almost every day. When my son started eating solids, the pressure cooker was my best friend. I steamed all his fruit and veggies in this thing. You can make perfect rice in minutes, steel cut oats in 10min (zero mess). I can steam artichokes in under 10min, and beets in 7.. By far one of my favorite kitchen gadgets!
If you're into making homemade silky nut milks and juices this nut bag is for you. I have had this one forever and it's never fallen apart, or come undone. It's stood the test of time... use, after use, after use!
I ended up buying this juicer on a whim from Sur La Table for travel, and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use, as well as clean. An amazingly fair price for a slow juicer. Previously we had been using a Angel Juicer, but it was so heavy and hard to clean, now we just use this. It makes great juice! Easy-peasy!
Straws are one the biggest single use plastic problems of our time. Skip the plastic and opt for these beautiful re-usable glass straws from Glass Dharma for your smoothies, water, coffee etc. These straws are made with super thick glass, and are extremely durable. You won't be disappointed! They also come with a little bottle brush so you never have to worry about your straws getting funky!
Turn your mason jar into a to go cup with these clever re-usabel straws and lids. Just hang on to your metal rings that come with your jars when you first by them and you are good to go!
Turn your glass mason jars into safe to-go drinking cups! These jackets slip right on. I use them with my toddler at home, so he can enjoy a smoothie without plastic and i don't have to worry about glass breaking everywhere. Also makes cold drinks less slippery on the outside.
Up your leftover/meal prepping game with glass Pyrex containers, and never have to worry about any funky plastic chemicals leaching into your food. Dishwasher safe. We have this set and it covers all the bases.
Im super into cutting down on single-use plastics. These Stasher bags are my best friend! They work great for storing anything you would store a ziplock in. When you're done you can rinse these out with some warm soapy water or throw em in the dishwasher. Booya!
Style out your fridge with the ultimate organization bins for your fruits and veg! These large bins are great for long veggies like lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and zucchini.
These small bins are great for radishes, ginger, lemons, limes and kiwis.
Love these little wooden spoons for adding adaptogens, superfoods, and green powder to my smoothies and tea! They are the perfect size, and just the right length to fit into a small opening of a jar, and also get to the bottom of the jar when your products are running low :)
I use mason jars for just about everything. Storing all my smoothie ingredients, powders, potions, etc.Nuts, grains, seeds. You can also use them to drink out of , store homemade milk in, juice, etc. You can rest easy knowing you won't have any chemicals from plastic leaching into your food! Also, Keeps food fresh longer!
These lids come in handy for just about everything. The metal canning ring tops that come with mason jars can sometimes leak especially if you are transporting liquid. They can also be messy, and a little annoying. We use these tops for storing pantry items, home made juice, smoothies, etc..
Same fun, but now for your tall, 24oz Mason Jars!
Little mini Pyrex bowls are great to-go containers for side dishes, oatmeal, berries, avocado, etc.. We always have these on hand!
Love these gorgeous bags for storing all my leafy greens, broccoli, carrots, leeks, scallions, etc. Keeps veggies fresher, longer. Ditch the plastic and store in style Re-useable and machine washable.
These medium size bins are great for beets, apples, lemons, bell peppers and pears.
A good knife makes all the difference in the kitchen. These knives are amazing, and make cutting fruits and veg effortless. Note: I do not recommend these for cutting into thicker/harder skin fruits and veggies like watermelon, squash, pumpkin, etc. Perfect for chopping garlic, onions, leafy greens, berries, potatoes, bell peppers, carrots, etc.
We always have essential oils going over here! This diffuser has a beautiful, simple design and won't break the bank! This little guy also has an auto shut-off so you can run it at night and not worry about remembering to turn it off.
I recently replaced all our home cleaning products with Puracy. It's gentle, good for the environment ,and most importantly: It works! Check out Organic Bunny's post on Puracy here!
I don't know about you, but i never remember to clean my diffuser. Sometimes it can get pretty funky. Klenzor tabs to the rescue! These cleaning tabs are a total lifesaver!
Me and dishwasher pods have been around the block. Many don't work, some made our dishwasher racks squeak. These are the best i've found. They don't leave any residue, dishes come out squeaky clean, no squeak necessary!
These are probably my favorite containers of all time. I have used them since I first started feed my son solids. They are lightweight, great for de-frosting baby food, and nest into each other for minimal space.
My favorite kids cup. The liquid sits in glass so you don't have to worry about any yuckies sneaking into your child's drink. The glass is encompassed in plastic so you don't have to worry about the glass breaking. The cup is easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and doesn't get moldy inside the cap like most sippy cups.
I looked far and wide for a smoothie cup that wasn't made of plastic. This cup has been awesome. Great for smoothies, a super cool big kids cup for your toddler.
Great for when you want to graduate your little to big kid status! Effective like a real spoon and fork, but made out of bamboo so you don't have to worry about your kid stabbing themselves or you!
These spoons are great when you start to introduce solids. Soft silicon spoon, super nice on baby's gums, through teething and beyond. The silicon and wood come apart for easy cleaning. My little is 2 and we still use these all the time!
Probably my #1 baby item. This thing is awesome. You can use this as soon as your little one is sitting up on their own. Has an inside strap to secure your little. Also, comes with a tray which is great for restaurants or when you are at a friends house. Just hooks on to the table or counter. The whole thing comes apart so you can just throw in the washing machine when things start looking a little crusty!
These bibs are super easy to clean. Rinse right off. Machine wash, hang dry. Plus, they come in tons of cute patterns and designs. Meal time has never been so fun!
Same containers just square, and come with a divider. Great for bulkier food items or for meal prepping kids lunch. I love that no matter the size, these grow with your child.
I try to cut down on single use items as best I can, so these were my solution to clean up at meal time. These re-usable super soft washcloths are gentle enough to wipe your babes face and super effective for cleaning up the floor and high chair trays!
I always keep a pair of these in my purse or diaper bag. My little guy always wants to feed himself these days, so i always have these on hand, so we aren't taking any risks with real deal metal silverware.
Love this chair for the counter. Our little can sit at the counter and eat like a big guy while i prep dinner. Comes with a safety strap. Folds up, easy to travel with.
Great for smaller spaces, counter tops and high chairs. Easy clean up, and actually sticks!
Great for containing bigger messes ;) Better if you have more counter-space, also great for when you are out to eat, works great with a high chair.

Pink Sea Salt Forever!
I started taking this regularly a couple months ago, and I can definitely see a difference in my skin. Everything from overall smoothness, reduction of fine lines, and I feel like my skin literally glows! Collagen is also good for joints! I love this product. I put a little into my smoothies or coffee :) I don't eat any met or poultry but I do eat fish from time to time, which is why i opted for the marine collagen.
Benefits Brain Health. Emotional, physical, and chemical stress can all have damaging effects to the brain and nervous system. Recent research has proven ashwagandha is more than a stress reliever, it also protects the brain from degeneration and improves symptoms of alzheimer's, depression, and anxiety.
-Dr. Axe
I love this in my coffee or smoothies!
My favorite brand of Maca! Naturally “high in minerals (calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc), sterols (6 found), up to 20 essential fatty acids, lipids, fiber, carbohydrates, protein, and amino acids.” Maca is often recommended to those with adrenal fatigue as it nourishes them and reduces stress hormones.

One of my favorite products, locally made in San Diego too! I have been using Healthforce products for as long as I can remember. Vitamineral Greens is a staple in our pantry! Throw it into smoothies, oatmeal or mix with some Harmless Harvest coconut water and enjoy! Ps. This jar will last AWHILE! But you can also buy in a smaller size.
Chia seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids, carbs, protein, fiber, antioxidants, calcium and other essential vitamins and minerals.
Hemp Seeds contain both Omega-3 and 6's. As well as antioxidants, amino acids, fiber, iron, zinc, carotene, B vitamins, chlorophyll, calcium, and magnesium. Hemp seeds are great on avocado toast, italian food, or in smoothies. They have a nutty, mild flavor.
I literally put this on EVERYTHING! Avocado toast, salads, quinoa bowls.. it's delish!
I love nutritional yeast on everything, and it provides a nice source of B vitamins if you don't eat a lot of meat. Tastes kind of cheesy, great for making mock cheese sauces, sprinkling on avocado toast, salads, pasta, etc... Savory and delish!
Bran is the powerhouse of the sprouting rice and contains all the nutrients required for the rices early development and growth. Tocos is most famous as a super rich source of fat-soluble natural vitamin E and is widely recognized as being exceptional for connective tissue and skin. - Sun Potion
Love this in my coffee, it acts like a creamer, and tastes delicious with nut milk.
Hands down my favorite dark chocolate. And, it has 4g of fiber per serving!
I pretty much recommend every and all of the Sun Potion products. This one has been a morning favorite as of late. Mix 1 tsp. with 8 oz of water and drink first thing in the morning. Chlorella is a form of complete nutrition, which means you could literally survive on it and water alone if you had to. Drinking this first thing in the morning helps to wake up and vitalize the body and organs before you put any food or stimulants, like coffee, in your body.
Healthforce Nutrition Spirulina is also another one i love. Nature's best protein powder. Supports immune system function, blood sugar & kidney function.
Flax seeds are full of fiber, as well as Omega-3 essential fatty acids, and antioxidants! Add to your smoothies, sprinkle on oatmeal, fruit, salads, the options are endless!
